Sean McGrath joined Dolan Law in March 2019 as a law clerk and has been an attorney with Dolan Law since November 2019, following his swearing-in ceremony. Growing up in the Chicago Suburb of Evergreen Park helped define Sean as a person who values community and offering a helping hand to others. Having two younger siblings with intellectual disabilities made an impact in Sean’s career choice in law to help those most in need and protect the rights that all individuals hold.
Mr. McGrath passed the July 2019 Illinois State Bar Exam and is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Illinois. He obtained his law degree in May 2019 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While in law school, Sean acted as the Editor-in-Chief of The John Marshall Law Review.
Prior to law school, Sean attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Minors in Business and Economics. Sean is a passionate fan of Chicago sports, enjoys playing recreational sports such as 16-inch softball, and also enjoys history, going to the movies and cooking.
