Sexual Assault in Elementary & High Schools Hard to Track

A yearlong investigation by The Associated Press uncovered roughly 17,000 official reports of sex assaults by students over a four-year period. There is no federal mandate to track sexual violence, unlike in colleges and universities in the US.
