Lawmakers call for mandatory sex harassment training

As more than 130 people have signed an open letter alleging widespread sexual harassment in Illinois politics, some legislators are calling for mandatory training to end the behavior. Sen. Daniel Biss and Rep. Litesa Wallace, Democrats from Chicago and Rockford, respectively, have announced plans to introduce legislation requiring sexual harassment training for legislators, staff and lobbyists.
