According to organizers of the Google Walkout for Real Change, the protests demanding action for better treatment of women are taking place worldwide Thursday.
Employees at nearly two-thirds of Google’s global offices are walking out of their offices to demand the following five changes stemming from a history of harrassment and discrimination claims, according to the organizers:
An end to Forced Arbitration
A commitment to end pay and opportunity inequity
A publicly disclosed sexual harassment transparency report
A clear, uniform, globally inclusive process for reporting sexual misconduct
