George King
LAW CLERK
George King grew up in Hinsdale, IL, and called Chicago home for more than ten years before his family moved South. He takes pride in calling Chicago home and believes strongly in the spirit of the city and its people. As a law clerk at Dolan Law, George’s responsibilities include research, drafting pleadings and motions, and analyzing discovery and investigation.
Prior to working at Dolan Law, which began in the summer of 2023, George graduated Summa Cum Laude from Furman University in 2022, where he was a Bell Tower Scholar with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a minor in Philosophy. There, he was inducted into the Pi Alpha Theta National History Honors Society and received two awards for his undergraduate research projects: the A.V. Huff History Scholars Award and Scholarship and the Furman Alumni Award for Academic Excellence in History.
Currently, George is a Juris Doctorate candidate at Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, TN.
In his free time, George loves to play golf, caddies at the Golf Club of Tennessee, and is a passionate Chicago sports fan.
